2. Business-to-Business Sales Only

Glamie Jewelry operates primarily as a business-to-business wholesale jewelry supplier.

Products offered through this website are intended for customers purchasing for:

  • Resale
  • Commercial distribution
  • Online or physical retail
  • Private-label use
  • Professional jewelry projects
  • Business-related purposes

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are acting for commercial or professional purposes.
  • You have the authority to bind the company or business represented by you.
  • The information provided during registration or checkout is accurate.
  • You are not purchasing as an individual consumer for personal household use.

Mandatory legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

3. Wholesale Account Registration

We may require customers to create and obtain approval for a wholesale account.

We may request:

  • Legal company name
  • Contact-person details
  • Business email
  • Telephone number
  • Billing and shipping addresses
  • Website or social-media profile
  • Tax or registration information
  • Resale or business documentation
  • Country of operation

We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or reject a wholesale application.
  • Request additional verification.
  • Suspend accounts containing inaccurate information.
  • Cancel accounts used for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  • Limit access to prices or products.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities carried out through your account.

4. Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, weights, dimensions, materials and colors as accurately as reasonably possible.

However:

  • Product weights are approximate unless specifically guaranteed in writing.
  • Small dimensional variations may occur.
  • Plating and stone colors may appear differently depending on screen settings.
  • Handmade production may create small differences between pieces.
  • Natural stones and pearls may vary in color, shape and surface.
  • Product specifications may be updated or improved without prior notice.

Product photographs are for presentation purposes and may not always represent exact scale.

The approved sample and written order specifications take priority for custom manufacturing projects.

5. Materials and Plating

Our principal production material is 925 sterling silver. Selected projects may also be manufactured in 14K gold, brass or other agreed materials.

Available finishes may include:

  • Rhodium plating
  • Yellow gold plating
  • Rose gold plating
  • Protective water-resistant coating
  • Tarnish-resistant finishing
  • Vermeil
  • Two-tone plating
  • Custom finishes

Plating durability depends on product type, plating thickness, use, storage, skin chemistry and exposure to water, chemicals, perfume, cosmetics, chlorine, salt water and friction.

“Water-resistant” or “waterproof coating” descriptions indicate improved resistance under normal use. Unless expressly stated in a separate written warranty, they do not mean that plating is permanently resistant to fading, wear or every form of water and chemical exposure.

6. Minimum Order Quantity

Unless otherwise shown or agreed:

The standard minimum order quantity is 5 pieces per design.

Different minimum quantities may apply to:

  • Custom designs
  • Special stone colors
  • Custom components
  • 14K gold production
  • Logo charms
  • Private-label packaging
  • Vermeil
  • Special plating
  • Mold development
  • Products requiring dedicated casting

Applicable quantities will be shown on the product page, quotation, proforma invoice or order confirmation.

7. Prices

Prices may be calculated using:

Metal cost based on weight + labor cost + stones, plating, components and additional services

Sterling silver and gold are internationally traded materials. Therefore:

  • Website prices may be updated.
  • Quotations may have a limited validity period.
  • Reorder prices may differ from previous orders.
  • Final prices may be confirmed according to the metal rate on the order date.
  • Weight-based orders may be subject to final calculation.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include:

  • Shipping
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Local VAT or sales taxes
  • Brokerage charges

  • Currency-conversion fees
  • Custom packaging

In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we may correct the error and request confirmation before accepting or processing the order.

  • Materials
  • Approximate weights
  • Unit prices
  • Plating specifications

A quotation does not constitute final order acceptance until:

  • The customer confirms the specifications.
  • Required payment is received.
  • Glamie Jewelry accepts the order.
  • Any required sample is approved.

9. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

  • Failure to meet MOQ
  • Payment or verification issues
  • Technical production limitations
  • Legal or compliance concerns

  • Intermediary-bank fees
  • Currency-conversion fees
  • Payment-provider charges allocated to the buyer
  • Any payment shortfall

Payments must be sent only to accounts confirmed through official Glamie Jewelry communication channels.

By submitting materials, the customer confirms that:

  • They have the right to use the submitted materials.
  • Production will not infringe third-party rights.

The approved sample and final written specifications will be used as the primary bulk-production reference.

13. Production Times

Production times are estimates and depend on:

  • Order quantity
  • Design complexity

  • Custom components
  • Packaging
  • Sample approval
  • Current production capacity

Production estimates begin only after:

  • Sample approval has been completed, where applicable.

Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

14. Changes and Cancellations

Order changes must be requested promptly and are subject to written approval.

Changes or cancellations may not be possible after:

  • Materials have been purchased.
  • CAD or mold work has begun.
  • Stones have been sourced.
  • Products have entered production.
  • Custom packaging has been ordered.
  • Plating has started.

Approved cancellations may be reduced by costs already incurred, including material, labor, development, packaging, payment and administrative costs.

Custom, personalized, branded and specially produced products cannot normally be cancelled after production begins.

15. Shipping and Delivery
